Join us at Kumba Lodge for a week of movement, breath, and space by the ocean.
This retreat follows a simple arc. A return, more than a reinvention.
Wild is about coming back to your roots, to a more natural way of moving and being.
Happy and free is what we are really longing for, even if we don’t always say it that way.
Throughout the retreat, you will arrive, reconnect, explore, get challenged a little, soften, and leave feeling more like yourself again.

The Arc of a Practice

Day 1: Arrive
Landing in the body, slowing down, shaking off travel and mental noise. A gentle opening to settle in and begin.

Day 2: Reconnect
Gently building energy. Reconnecting to strength, mobility, and breath without forcing anything.

Day 3: Explore
Curiosity in movement. Trying new patterns, expanding range, building confidence in how you move.

Day 4: Challenge
A bit more intensity. Finding resilience and stepping just outside your comfort zone in a supported way.

Day 5: Soften
Slowing things down. Longer holds, deeper breathing, giving the body space to integrate.

Day 6: Integrate
A simple close. Reflecting on what shifted and what you’ll take with you into daily life.
What to expect

Morning vinyasa flows to wake up the body and build strength and balance

Afternoon sessions that vary between slower movement, yin/restorative sessions, breathwork, mantra and mindfulness.

Time in between to swim, rest, explore activities in Tofo, or do nothing at all
This retreat is the opposite of escaping life. It’s about being in it more fully. Feeling better in your body, breathing more easily, and finding something that actually works when you go home.

Where we stay
Kumba Lodge is a small, consciously built lodge on Tofo Beach, designed for simple, healthy living. Ocean bungalows, palm bungalows, and garden rooms are available, either shared or private.
