• Quiet hours are 22:00 – 07:00.

• Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbours.

Guests, Occupancy & Visitors

• No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• The maximum occupancy per room is 2 guests, unless:

  • A family room has been booked, or

  • An additional mattress or baby cot has been requested and approved in advance.

Smoking

• No smoking indoors.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

• An additional cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the rooms.

Cleaning

• Daily cleaning is provided.

• Please allow housekeeping access during standard cleaning hours.

Linen & Towels

• Fresh linen and towels are provided.

• Please do not remove them from the property or use white towels for makeup or outdoor activities.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

Parking

• Parking is limited and must be requested in advance.

• Availability cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation.

Safety & Valuables

• A safe is available in the room for valuables.

• Each guest is responsible for their own belongings.

• Story Haus cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

Damage & Breakages

• Please treat the space with care.

• Any damage, breakages, or missing items may be charged accordingly.

Keys & Access

• Please ensure doors are locked when leaving the room.

• Lost keys or remotes may incur a replacement fee.
